If I had to choose only one drink, it would be cacao
bliss – my specialty beverage that I must have
made thousands of times. I serve cacao bliss to my guests instead of coffee, and when we visit friends, this is usually what I bring. In the winter I serve it warm and in the summer we drink it frozen with lots of ice. This perfect combination of cocoa, maca and cashew is sweetened with coconut sugar that neutralizes the bitterness of the dates. The coconut oil and chia give it a thick consistency, and the salt and chili offset the cocoa flavor. This wonderful beverage is instantly invigorating and brings people closer to one another. It allows for conversations to flow and is simply a pleasure. Serve in small glasses and relish all of its benefits in small sips.
