This Raw Green Soup is packed with vitamins and minerals and so deliciously creamy. You can enjoy it all day long chilled or lightly warmed.

DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth texture.
Serve in a bowl.
Recommended to top with a tbsp. of sunflower seeds/pumpkin seeds/pine nuts

- 1 cup water
- ½ cup coriander/basil
- ½ zucchini
- 1 tomato
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ garlic clove
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- pinch of chili powder
