Mix all the dry ingredients in a food processor.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing until you get a doughy mixture.
Put baking paper on a wide baking pan. With wet hands, flatten the dough onto the baking paper to about 0.2 inches in height.
Cool for at least an hour. Cut into rectangles and serve.
Can be kept for up to three weeks in the refrigerator.
