RETURNS:

Refunds are issu
ed under the following circumstances:

• Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
• You are not happy with the product and it has been returned (not opened) to our warehouse (minus shipping)
• Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable
• Your product is damaged

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE:

Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Any fees charged by your customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order.  If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
